- if there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

- customs processing, if applicable;
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- high order volume during busy periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated on our website.
Any available shipping promotions, including free shipping offers, will be clearly displayed on the store when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, Bloom & Keepsake is not responsible for the loss. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Bloom & Keepsake is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email us at support@bloomandkeepsake.shop, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@bloomandkeepsake.shop.
Please include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the damaged item;
- clear photos of the packaging;
- a brief description of the issue.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Bloom & Keepsake may ship to selected destinations only.
If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local authorities.
Bloom & Keepsake is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- verify the shipping address used at checkout;
- check around your delivery location;
- ask household members or neighbors;
- contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed and may no longer be canceled.
