Refund policy

At Bloom & Keepsake, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • be returned in the original packaging
  • include all original parts, accessories, and materials
  • not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

To request a return, please contact us at support@bloomandkeepsake.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • items marked as final sale
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom-made items
  • items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@bloomandkeepsake.shop.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us at support@bloomandkeepsake.shop and we will let you know the best available option.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please email support@bloomandkeepsake.shop as soon as possible.

Return Address

Returns should only be sent after your return request has been approved.
